Skerion Energy Contact Skeiron Energy

In the coming years Skeiron will contribute to the expansion of renewable energy production in several developing countries. Skeiron will expand its portfolio of geographic locations in Europe and the Far East to several developing areas and its ability to quickly develop projects of its own.

In order to determine if a site is suitable for a wind farm, Skeiron performs the following:

1. Site Assessment which involves determining the compatibility evaluation of the wind farm with local and regional plans including environmental and zoning restrictions, investigation of the local topographical and climatic conditions, vegetation characteristics, existence of wind impeding structures; and

2. Wind assessment. The most important parameters required to prepare a wind assessment are - Wind regime characteristics, including wind speed distribution, shear effect (wind speed vs. height), wind direction distribution, air density temperature & humidity and a substantial length of time to measure wind at the designated site over, to provide a dependable database for predicting wind farms power output.

For its wind power projects, of which some are in the planning stage, Skeiron takes advantage of the know-how of its subsidiary's design process that brings together a range of services during the course of wind farm planning. In the process, Skeiron assumes responsibilities of purchase and management of business location rights, the commercial feasibility design, power purchase agreements, contractual details, project financing, and other details extending to the construction and startup of wind power plants.

Skeiron and its companies seek to meet the stringent requirements of quality and output quantity, by working in close cooperation with its group of companies and external experienced engineering and planning companies.
