Amir Elbaz, Co-Founder & CEO
Mr. Amir Elbaz served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Lithium Technology Corporation ("LTC") until October 2008. Mr. Elbaz joined LTC in 2006 to oversee the finances, marketing, as well as business development.
Prior to LTC, Mr. Elbaz served as a director of Prime Capital Investments, BV, a Dutch venture firm (2005-2006), during which he took an active management role and business development at DreamTank LLC and UVU, Inc. During 2004 and most of 2005 Mr. Elbaz served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Cornell Capital Partners, LP. In that position Mr. Elbaz sourced, structured and managed investments in more than dozen public and private companies. Previous to joining Cornell Capital, Mr. Elbaz served for several years as an Analyst with the Economic Department in the Procurement Mission of the Israeli Ministry of Defense in New York City. In that capacity Mr. Elbaz co-headed multi-million dollar negotiations with first tier technology companies, and was in charge of the financial aspects of the day-to-day operations.
Mr. Elbaz holds B.A. from the University of Haifa, Israel, and an MBA in Finance & Investments from Bernard Baruch College, CUNY, New York. Post his MBA graduation, Mr. Elbaz was elected to the International Honorary Finance Society of Beta Gamma Sigma. Mr. Elbaz is a member of the board of directors of Global Energy, Inc. and served in the boards of LTC and few other technology companies.
Adam Burk, Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Adam Burk was employed at Morgan Stanley & Company Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group from spring 2007 to the end of 2008. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Burk worked on valuation, structure and execution of various transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Burk practiced law from 2003 to 2007 at Latham & Watkins LLP specializing in private equity M&A and venture capital investments. Mr. Burk's work involved negotiating terms and drafting material agreements, including Goldman Sachs investment into distributable energy company GridPoint.
Mr. Burk holds a B.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Burk was elected to the International Honorary Finance Society of Beta Gamma Sigma.
Ami Elazari, Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Elazari is the founder, president and CEO of Millennium Electric. Mr. Elazari has over 30 years of management experience and has completed large-scale solar projects around the world including countries such as, the United States, Italy, Germany and Singapore. He has been involved as a partner and coordinator in over eight European Commission projects worldwide with an estimated overall value of €4 million. Mr. Elazari has served as Director and Board Member of NASDAQ companies. He completed his Executive MBA degree with excellence, specializing in Economics and Marketing. Mr. Elazari has an energy, computer, and communications engineering degrees and is also a world renowned expert on solar energy. He has registered several international patents in the solar PV field.
