Management and founders of Skeiron Energy, Inc. ("Skeiron") have identified the great opportunity for growth in the alternative energy generation market, which is due to favorable regulatory and economic conditions.
Skeiron is focusing on two main renewable sources, wind and solar PV to generate electricity. The Company is building turnkey projects for the production of electricity from renewable resources ("RES-e") in defined geographical markets. As the Company grows, Skeiron will move to build, own, operate and sell electricity to utility companies, while offering better efficiency and management tools in its projects.
Management of Skeiron has identified two existing power generation companies, one in the solar PV field and the other in wind field, and is the process of acquiring majority stakes in both companies. These acquisitions "jump start" the company's operations and Skeiron intends to gain operational synergies between the different technologies and companies. Development efforts will be kept in-house, while overhead cost is kept minimal. |
